CANCELLATION POLICY
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advanced notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advanced notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows – Anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a no-show. They will be charged for their appointment.
Late Arrivals – All sessions begin promptly on the hour. If you arrive late, you will be charged for your appointment without receiving treatment, unless there is another available opening on the same day. Out of consideration to other customers, and to avoid being charged without receiving a treatment, please plan accordingly and arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
RETAIL RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds will be accepted on items returned in their original condition and original, unopened packaging up to 30 days after purchase with original receipt.
